High Impact Leadership

ICAA offers an exceptional leadership series in partnership with SparkPoint, Inc., to help any Community Action leader, or aspiring leader, feel confident with organizational development and critical leadership skills. We will offer practical, easy-to-use materials and concepts that can be put to use in any Community Action Agency. An excellent way to strengthen your organization, invest in developing high performing leaders and resilient proponents of Community Action’s mission.

The cohort meets for 8-months and is designed to incorporate five virtual workshops and 3 in-person convenings to teach timely topics through interactive discussions and application assignments.

The four anchor courses include: Communication Leadership; Thought Leadership; Management; and Organizational Leadership. Read through the learning objectives here.
