Online Introduction to ROMA Training – Day 3 of 3

September 15 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

This is a three-part training. Participants need to attend all sessions:

Wednesday, Sept. 9th, Friday, Sept. 11th, AND Tuesday, Sept. 15th
  • 9AM-12PM each day
  • No cost to register other than the purchase of a participant manual (see below)
  • Training will be held via Zoom

Description: What does it mean to be results-oriented? The Community Action network is invited to learn about the basic concepts related to Results Oriented Management and Accountability (ROMA), including the history of Community Action and our mission, the role of Community Needs Assessments and strategies for measuring lives changed. Hosted by Iowa Community Action Association.

Register for the online Introduction to ROMA training HERE by September 2nd by completing the information below. Training will be limited to the first 20 people that sign up. If more are interested ICAA may offer a subsequent training. Registrants will be contacted to confirm their virtual seat.

Participants will need to purchase a training workbook through Amazon. Allow at least one week for delivery. Click here to order by September 2nd.
