ICAA is partnering with Sarah Ennis at SparkPoint to offer this virtual training series for team leads/supervisors in the Community Action network. Registrants can attend one, several, or all of the sessions. Four training sessions will be held via Zoom on the following Tuesdays from 9AM-12PM CST:

• October 13 – Communicating Like a Pro: Say It So It Lands

• October 27 – Handling Hard Conversations Well

• November 10 – The Leader People Want to Follow

• December 1 – Leading Through Influence

Cost: $150 per person per session (special discount if a person registers for all four sessions – receive $50 off the full series). The special discount only applies if the same person is registered for all four sessions. ICAA will invoice organizations.
