Amerigroup CHAMP
About
CHAMP is an Integrated Case Management program where Amerigroup members can receive one-on-one assistance from a case manager who will not only help with medical care arrangements, but also work to address a client’s whole-health needs. Since 2019, Amerigroup has provided additional funding for this Case Management program by funding direct assistance for enrolled Amerigroup members to assist them in attaining and maintaining safe and stable housing.
Amerigroup Iowa, Inc. is a Managed Care Organization (MCO) in the State, providing Medicaid services for Iowans.
