Kip will briefly go over the process Emergency Management Coordinators (EMCs) go through when a disaster event happens in their county(ies), communication between EMCs and CAAs, and other information useful for disaster case managers.
Kevin Wynne, U.S. Small Business Administration, Office of Disaster Assistance
Kevin will go over how the SBA disaster loan program gets activated, how households apply, and other general information useful for disaster case managers.
Each presenter will have time to take questions from participants.
Lastly, ICAA will go over some materials Community Action Agencies can use to share with their networks during National Severe Weather Awareness Week, March 26-30.
